Jacob Vilderman - Sound design
Jacob Vilderman was born in San Francisco and holds a pivotal role as the Sound Director in Custodia where he worked relentlessly behind the scenes to bring a multitude of music, sound effects and voices together while online. He found researching audio clips to bring Custodia together challenging but his experience in theater tech has also been inspiring and he plans to continue this skill at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, where he will be attending high school. Jacob’s favorite pastimes include basketball, football, and gaming. Prior to the pandemic, his favorite memories were playing basketball on the team and on the yard with his friends at NDV. What he will remember most vividly from the past year is attending all of his classes on Zoom. His favorite quote, which is especially poignant for this challenging year, is from John Wayne: “Tomorrow hopes we have learned something from yesterday.”
