Mila Kane - “Sophie”

Mila Kane was born in San Francisco and makes her acting debut as the optimistic and shy “Sophie” in Custodia. She had dreamed of being in the NDV musical since kindergarten, and was excited to perform. As a member of the NDV Children’s Choir since second grade, Mila has experience in front of a crowd and enjoyed bringing "Sophie's" true character to life through her monologue and song. Some of Mila's favorite memories of NDV were from the 6th grade camping trip to Yosemite.  While she is thrilled to be back to in-person learning, she also fondly remembers pre-recording the morning assembly announcements with members of the Student Council for Zoom while at home. She loves spending time with friends, traveling, sailing, singing, cooking and visual arts and will attend Convent of the Sacred Heart High School where she hopes to continue to perform onstage.
