Mikey Bruno - “Chip”

Michael Bruno, “Mikey”, was born in Washington, DC. Even though “Chip” is Mikey’s debut role in Custodia, he approached the role very thoughtfully and adapted his performance for Zoom. Mikey has incorporated more facial expressions online versus on stage as he quickly noticed they are more visible on camera. His favorite memory of NDV was the 6th grade camping trip to Yosemite, but he will also remember the challenge of preparing for the virtual academic decathlon competition from his home during distance learning. He will be attending St. Ignatius College Preparatory High School in the fall. His favorite and go-to song in moments of stress is “Hakuna Matata” from The Lion King, which means “no worries everything will be ok”.
